I have a solid background in contract law and have had the opportunity to work for leading law firms specializing in high-stakes contract litigation.

I am able to assist them in the negotiation and drafting of all types of contracts: commercial contracts, partnership agreements, service agreements, terms and conditions, distribution agreements, license agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
