Contract law

I provide advice and litigation services in contract law for a diverse client base, including companies, start-ups, associations, and individuals.

I have a solid background in contract law and have had the opportunity to work for several years for leading law firms specializing in high-stakes contract litigation.

My approach is pragmatic, focused on finding concrete solutions tailored to the economic, commercial, and operational challenges specific to each client. I am able to assist them in the negotiation and drafting of all types of contracts: commercial contracts, partnership agreements, service agreements, terms and conditions, distribution agreements, license agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

I am accustomed to working directly in English and, if necessary, directly with foreign colleagues or lawyers.

In the event of a dispute relating to the performance of a contract, I assist my clients in defending their interests before civil and commercial courts.

I attach particular importance to seeking an amicable solution, whenever possible and in the client's best interests: direct negotiation, mediation, conciliation, or participatory proceedings. When legal action is necessary, I intervene rigorously and strategically in cases based on contractual liability, particularly for:

  • total or partial non-performance of a contract,
  • defective or delayed performance,
  • wrongful termination of negotiations,
  • bad faith in the performance of the contract,
  • non-performance of warranty obligations,
  • non-payment of the price,
  • breach of a non-competition or confidentiality clause,
  • non-performance of a framework agreement or commercial agency agreement.

A tailor-made approach

Each contract and each dispute requires a personalized analysis. My goal is to secure your contractual relationships, prevent the risk of litigation and, if necessary, ensure the effective defense of your rights.
